1. The names of all objects depicted in the rebus are read only in the nominative case and singular. Sometimes the desired object in the picture is indicated by an arrow.

2. Very often the object depicted in the rebus can have not one but two or more names, for example, "eye" and "eye", "leg" and "paw", etc. Or it can have one common and one specific name, for example "tree" and "oak", "note" and "re", etc. You need to choose the right one in the sense.

The ability to identify and properly name the object depicted in the figure represents one of the main difficulties in decoding the puzzles. In addition to knowledge of the rules, you need smartness and logic.

3. Sometimes the name of an object in a puzzle can not be used entirely - it is necessary to drop one or two letters at the beginning or end of the word. In these cases, a conventional sign is used - a comma. If the comma is to the left of the picture, it means that from its name you need to discard the first letter, if the right of the picture is the last one. If there are two commas, then respectively discard two letters, etc.
4. If two objects or two letters are drawn one into another, then their names are read with the addition of the preposition "in". Such there are puzzles.
5. If any letter consists of another letter, then in the puzzles read with the addition of "from".
6. If for any letter or object is another letter or object, then read the rebus with the addition of "for".
7. If one figure or letter is drawn under another, then you need to read with the addition of "on", "above" or "under" - choose a preposition according to the meaning appropriate to the rebus.
8. If a letter is written in a rebus on any letter, then it is read with the addition "on".
9. If one letter lies with the other, leant against it, then read with the addition of "y". This can be done, for example, with the word Rebus.
10. If in the puzzle there is an image of an object drawn in an inverted form, its name should be read from the end.
11. If an object is drawn, and a letter is written about it, and then the letter is crossed out, then it means that this letter must be discarded from the received word. If a different letter is on the crossed out letter, it means that it is necessary to replace it with the crossed out one. Sometimes in this case in the puzzles between the letters the equal sign is put
12. If there are figures above the figure, for example, 4, 2, 3, 1, then it means that the fourth letter of the name of the object depicted in the rebus figure is read first, then the second, followed by the third, etc., then there are letters read in the order indicated in the figures.
13. If any figure in the puzzle is drawn running, sitting, lying, etc., then the name of this figure should be added the corresponding verb in the third person of the present time (runs, sits, lies, etc.)
14. Very often in puzzles separate syllables "before", "re", "mi", "fa" are represented by corresponding notes
